Dirty Dancing, Midnight Cowboy, Local Hero and more rare and collectable soundtracks now in stock

There’s nothing quite like a mood-setting score to bring a movie to life. Whether it’s a classic by Ennio Morricone, a grandiose score from John Williams, or a harrowing trip from Goblin, soundtracks are important. They have almost created their own subset of the record collecting community that desperately seeks out rare and unusual soundtracks, which we have plenty of in stock and ready to be added to your collection.

We’ve hand-picked three highlights below, and the rest of our catalogue can be seen at eil.com.

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Dirty Dancing (1987 German pressed European 12-track vinyl LP featuring the much-loved classic soundtrack including the hits I’ve Had The Time Of My Life by Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes, Be My Baby by the Ronettes, She’s Like The Wind by Patrick Swayze and more. The glossy picture sleeve retains its rectangular hype-sticker to the front and comes complete with the (repaired) lyric / credit inner while the vinyl remains in barely played condition BL86408).

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Midnight Cowboy (1999 UK 12-track audiophile issue of the classic 1969 soundtrack LP, pressed on 180gm Vinyl, picture sleeve reproducing the original album artwork. This copy is still sealed and in MINT condition SVLP150).

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Local Hero (1983 UK 14-track LP featuring the music from the soundtrack of the film produced by David Puttnam & written/directed by Bill Forsyth, including Going Home. The glossy picture sleeve shows some age wear & the vinyl remains in Excellent condition with minimal play VERL4).
