Head to our store to see our full listing of vinyl rarities and collectables.

The Beatles – Yesterday & Today: 1966 US first press 11-track mono LP, textured ‘Butcher’ cover pasted picture sleeve. This version is known as the third state as it has had the trunk picture slick carefully peeled off to reveal the Butcher cover in its full glory £1795

Bob Dylan – Blonde On Blonde: Archive Quality 1967 US 14-track double LP containing the much sought after original US MONO mix, with machine stamped matrices in the run-outs ending 2J/3D/4C/2J. The ‘two eye’ labels have white ”360 Sound’ perimeter text, ‘Bob Dylan’ below ”Blonde On Blonde’ in black, ‘Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The’ misprint on side two [& ‘Leopard-Skin Pill-Box hat’ in lower case]. The heavyweight gatefold picture sleeve has the Claudia Cardinale picture inside & even the original tearbags tucked in. This is a glorious archive copy obtained from its one previous owner in the States. Both the sleeve & the vinyl discs appear Near Mint. On close inspection there is merely the very lightest evidence of its age [tiny spot of wear to one edge] & both discs have an incredible deep sheen on all four sides with barely any signs of play. Highest recommendation  £695

Jethro Tull – This Was: Very Hard To Find 1971 Japanese Debut promotional sample 10-track LP with unique blue & silver labels, housed in a deluxe gatefold picture sleeve complete with the impossibly rare ‘Rock-Age’ shaped obi-strip & Japanese/lyric insert. Due to the fragile nature of the obi & its shape, this is the part that’s the most difficult to find & is often torn & thrown away, as was the nature of the item, this part was never intended for keepsake. This collector’s copy is COMPLETE. This very rare piece of paper is in Excellent condition. On close inspection, there is a tiny thumbnail tear to a small right hand edge of the obi-strip [just in the ‘wing’ part] & no other blemishes. The rest of the packaging shows barely any wear with age & the vinyl appears Near Mint with a stunning deep sheen both sides. A prize, Blue Chip example of this rare Tull release. £595
