The follow up to the acclaimed 2015 biography on Japan, A Foreign Place. It covers in depth and in detail the works of David Sylvian, Mick Karn, Rob Dean, Steve Jansen, and Richard Barbieri both solo and collaboratively between 1983 and 1991. Drawing on new interviews with the people who were there including musicians,producers, engineers & friends, providing an informed account of solo albums and tours. Designed by Carl Glover and features approximately 260 previously unpublished photographs, clothbound with a Gold and Silver deboss. This example remains in an outstanding condition with only light signs of age. Also including a ticket stub for the 24th September 1970 show at the City (Oval) Hall in Sheffield).
