When you think of memorable movie moments, the soundtracks and scores stand out just as much as the scenes you remember. ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Friday The 13th Part 3 3D (2016 US limited edition 26-track double LP pressed on 180-gram ‘Blood Spattered Hockey Mask’ White & Red Splattered Vinyl – This next release in Waxwork’s reissue series sees composer Harry Manfredini re-visited the original analog tapes in an effort to faithfully master the complete soundtrack for vinyl; including the now famous ‘Disco Theme’ from the Opening Credits. The deluxe gatefold picture sleeve incorporates the lost, deleted final scene of the film across the inside gatefold illustration and retains its opened hype-stickered shrinkwrap while the two vinyl discs look barely played).
JOHN CARPENTER The Fog (1984 US 8-track Varèse Sarabande label vinyl LP, featuring John Carpenter’s score from the soundtrack to his cult supernatural horror thriller starring Jamie Lee Curtis, superb pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light edge scuffing and cornercreasing with a small marker pen annotation to the front whilst the vinyl shows minimal signs of play. STV81191).
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Total Recall (1990 UK/Europe 10-Track vinyl LP featuring the soundtrack to the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Stone movie, including a wonderfully conducted and composed soundtrack by Jerry Goldsmith and performed by TheNational Philharmonic Orchestra, picture sleeve. The sleeve comes housed in its original shrink wrap, whilst the vinyl shows only light paper scuffs not impacting play VS-5267).
