This pressing of The Velvet Underground’s classic White Light/White Heat is a 1968 UK first issue 6-track stereo vinyl LP on the silver ‘T’ Verve label Featuring Sister Ray, The Gift & I Heard Her Call My Name.
Housed in a front laminated flipback picture sleeve printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. with ‘patents pending’ text. Barring a few laminate creases to the front near the opening, the sleeve shows minimal wear, with the edges sharp, the spine proud with all text legible and barely any sign of discolouration to the reverse.
The vinyl is Near Mint with just the smallest spindle wear to suggest the record was taken on a day trip to turntable land, but decided to come home early. A fantastic copy with no need to upgrade!
