MILES DAVIS QUINTET Miles Smiles (1967 Australian 6-track stereo vinyl LP on the deep groove orange CBS label, one of the most advanced recordings Miles did with his second great Quintet – Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Tony Williams, produced by Teo Macero, front laminated flipback picture sleeve with a pinched spine. The sleeve displays some minor wear with a light crease to the top left corner, the mostly white non-laminated back is very clean with only a small tearto the bottom flipback. The labels remains clean with only a few spindle marks, whilst the vinyl is VG+/EX- with just a few light cosmetic scuffs and light signs of play. A nice example and the first we have ever had).
SIDNEY BECHET 1932-1943 The Bluebird Sessions (1989 German 83-track Five Disc vinyl box set featuring digitally remastered recordings made between 1939 and 1943, 26-page 12″ x 12″ booklet with numerous photographs and a detailed biography in both English and French, all inside a clam-shell box with tracklisting on the reverse. The box has only minor wear and the booklet has a little foxing whilst all discs appear seldom played LP-NL903175).
WERTHER Werther (2019 German 12-track vinyl LP, originally released in 1970, featuring a selection of exquisitely crafted songs supported by measured, subtle arrangements, with the participation of Nan Vasconcelos and Edison Machado; gatefold picture sleeve with a Download Code, and a 4-page booklet telling the albums untold in English and Portuguese, remains in the original hype-stickered re-sealable bag ALT007).
