HUM unveil surprise new album, Inlet

While there had been mutterings around alternative rock circles about new music for a while, alternative rock heroes, HUM, have unveiled a surprise new album, Inlet.

Seemingly picking up right where they left off on their 1997 album, Downward Is Heavenward, the album expands on the bands trademark space rock style of huge riffs, hazy vocals and a warm analog production. It was recorded by vocalist/guitarist, Matt Talbot, at his Earth Analog studio in Champaign, IL.

It is available to stream and download in full through the HUM bandcamp page, and vinyl copies are available to pre-order through Polyvinyl.
