Just when you think you have finished a collection of an artist, something else appears seemingly out of nowhere and it may have been something you didn’t know you needed or even existed. It could be some bizarre promotional item, tour programme, some merchandise that was only given to crew working a tour or a shop display that survived all these years. We have you covered when it comes to memorabilia and have plenty of stock for you to find the right item you are looking for.
The highlights below are just the start when it comes to the memorabilia we have on hand and ready to ship to you, and you can browse that full range at eil.com
SNOW PATROL Wildness (An official UK 12″ x 12″ promotional display card issued for the release of their seventh studio album ‘Wildness’. Showing the original album artwork, the thick cardboard display has been FULLY AUTOGRAPHED by GaryLightbody, Johnny Daid & co in gold and silver marker pens. A fantastic addition to any Snow Patrol and would look superb framed upon your wall!).
GEORGE MICHAEL Older (Rare 1996 one-sheet proof artwork for the Compact Disc, booklet pages and back sleeve, produced by Sonicom in Hammersmith, London. This artwork sheet measures approximately 36″ x 25″ and shows the CMYB [Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black] 4-colour separation scale for screen printing. These proofs are usually destroyed so this is a rare survivor. George himself was credited with the sleeve design for Older, along with graphic designer Simon Halfon. The photographer wasBrad Branson. This remains in excellent condition. There are light folds from its original storage – when the offices at Virgin were cleared out this was destined for the trash but luckily it was retrieved and has been stored away ever since! This would now make a really interesting display piece if suitably framed…).
STATUS QUO End Of The Road (Official 1984 UK 20-page 13″ x 9½” concert programme for gigs at Crystal Palace & Milton Keynes in July 1984, includes comic strip, back catalogue advert, set times for both events and lots of live photographs. This example includes a merchandise insert, sheet of 15 album artwork stamp stickers. But that is not all, we also have an official red, white & blue ‘End Of The Road’ fabric scaff with silver text, a large fabric patch for a denim jacket and an official 1984 Calendar. This also comes with a rare ‘Guest’ invite letter for the event, all in fantastic condition).
