ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968 UK first issue 8-track stereo vinyl LP on the Yin-Yang MGM label, featuring the soundtrack to Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece, with expert ambient use of Ligeti’s weightless and hovering tonal compositions such as the beautiful Atmospheres. The front laminated flipback picture sleeve is Excellent with just a few laminate creases around the edges & the vinyl remains in Excellent condition with few signs of play MGMCS8078).
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Inferno (1980 UK 15-track LP, featuring Keith Emerson’s score from the soundtrack to the classic Dario Argento movie, glossy gatefold picture sleeve. Dario was trying to get Deep Purple or ELP to soundtrack Suspiria [thankgod it was Goblin!] & got his way when Keith agreed to score the second of his ‘Three Mothers’ trilogy. The sleeve is Excellent with a few minor scuffs or paper marks & the vinyl remains in Excellent condition with barely any play K50753).
