Limited edition 1994 Japanese issue of the 1958 mono vinyl LP, re-released as an ‘Art Pepper Special Edition’, as he appears here as part of the West Coast All Star Ninetet performing Graas’ three-part Jazz Chaconne No.1 from 1958. Also stars the Rundfunk-Symphony Orchestra performing the French hornist’s Jazz Symphony No. 1 from 1956.
