Very Rare archive condition Caravan Stereo Vinyl LP from 1969 – in now

Super rare archive quality 1969 UK debut 8-track STEREO LP with machine stamped A1/B1 matrices, housed in a front laminated flipback ‘pillar’ sleeve with ‘Garrod & Lofthouse’ printing credit. There are subtle differences, nuances & even track length variations between the stereo & mono mixes for this album, thus we would recommend a collector with a keen ear to try both. See ‘more info’ for condition details… SVLP6011

This is a very low mileage example acquired from one fastidious owner of a collection of mouthwatering Rock, Prog & Psych gems, all bought from new on release during his teenage years. To find this record at all is becoming nigh on impossible. This is the first time we’ve found it practically MINT!

The sleeve is a thing of beauty in itself, especially in this near mint state. The colours are so rich & vivid & there is just one spot of very minor thumbnail wear at the bottom opening & that is it. A stunner.

The labels appear barely touched & the vinyl is super clean & in NEAR MINT condition. What’s more, it’s a sorely neglected early British Prog/Psych milestone that really should hold a higher place amongst the likes of Pink Floyd’s Piper etc.

An investment grade item; but don’t hold your breath on us finding another one of these beauts any time soon!….
