A unique production of Bream’s forty long-playing recordings, each selection of works grouped as in the original LP version. In this presentation the evolution of Bream’s repertoire as demonstrated in the recording studio between 1960 and 1991 are clearly apparent. This collection is a truly historical compendium stretching from Renaissance masterpieces to the finest contemporary works written in the 20th century. The edition comes with 2 previously unreleased DVDs with two recitals, a documentary about Julian Bream, performances of the Julian Bream consort and interview footage. This rare box set is a genuine one-previous-owner example, housed inside a green hessian-clothed box with gold lettering. PINK FLOYD Soundtrack From The Film More (1970 Japanese 13-track STEREO LP pressed on Red Vinyl. This was originally pressed in limited quantities in red vinyl because of improved sound quality & included an experimental ingredient called ‘Everclean’ which reduced static. Housed in an internal pasted gatefold picture sleeve with lyric booklet still attatched and double obi-strip; one with tracklisting and one proclaiming it is a Japan tour commemoration pressing. The sleeve displays just a little light general wear with some light foxing on the back, the main obi showing light creasing, with both obi’s still intact. The labels have just a couple of marks around the spindle holes to show it has has light play and the vinyl is very clean with little play evident. An Excellent example of this fifty year old rare pressing OP-80165).
NICO Desertshore (Original 1970 US Reprise 8-track promotional vinyl LP, co-produced by John Cale and Joe Boyd, with custom printed white ‘steamboat’ labels. Housed in its orignal pasted textured picture sleeve with radio station timing stripacross the front. The sleeve shows minimal wear and is complete with the ‘Distinguished Company’ Warner Bros. / Reprise Records advert inner. The vinyl itself is stone cold MINT – you will never need to upgrade from this pristine original record. A lost classic and highly recommended! RS6424).
