808 State started out as a hip-hop trio called Hit Squad Manchester, featuring Martin Price, Graham Massey and Gerald Simpson who all met at Price’s record store. They soon changed direction into house/techno, morphed into 808 State and released their first album Newbuild on the Creed record label founded by Price.

New Build – Rare 1988 UK Creed label 7-track vinyl LP, includes Sync/Swim, Flow Coma & Headhunters, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some minor shelfwear and the vinyl has a few light surface scuffs – a great copy STATE002:-

Gorgeous  – Limited edition 1993 UK/German-pressed 12-track vinyl LP, complete with bonus 5-track 12″ single which features Sexy Synthesizer, Femme Deluxe, Lemon, Purple Dust & Sexy Dance. The sleeve has some edge wear & a light cornercrease yet both vinyl discs look barely played ZTT12X
