BLACK SABBATH Evil Woman, Don’t Play Your Garmes With Me (Rare 1970 original Japanese 7″ vinyl single with an intact three prong centre on the blue & silver Philips label, manufactured by Nippon Phonogram Co. Ltd., pressed on Translucent vinyl, visible when held to the light. Their debut single in Japan, also including Black Sabbath on the B-Side. The label and the matt black picture insert both display a printed spelling mistake in the title; ‘Garmes’ instead of ‘Games’. Song lyrics are printed on the back of the insert and the record itself is housed inside its period-correct ‘Top Stars On Philips’ company advert sleeve. Extremely hard-to-find stock copy!!)
SUN RA Omniverse (Monster Rare 1978 US private press 5-track LP on a black and white El Saturn label [in keeping with the DIY ethos of Sun Ra the labels have been affixed by hand!], with a hand scratched ‘91379 A / 91379 B’ catalogue number in the run-outs, plain card sleeve with hand-written artist/title. Stunning set recorded with the Arkestra most likely at the West End Cafe in New York on September 13th, 1979. The sleeve is Excellent with light wear only, the vinyl shows some whispy lines [often found with US pressings] and some faint hairlines, nothing excessive, and grades Excellent 91379)
MILES DAVIS Kind Of Blue – Nimbus Supercut (Limited Edition 1984 UK mail-order only Nimbus Records Supercut issue of the 1959 5-track stereo LP, with ‘Nimbus England’ stamper in the run-out groove. This edition was mastered & pressed exclusively for readers of Hi-Fi Today magazine by Nimbus – Audiophiles believe this to be the highest quality pressing of one of the greatest albums of all time, expertly remastered from the original analogue master tapes & pressed on high quality vinyl for incredible sonic quality. The glossy picture sleeve shows only the lightest edgewear/dink to corner with its custom gold hype sticker attached. The vinyl is near ‘as new’)
