While music was more popular during the 90’s than virtually any other decade, vinyl was on the decline. CD was the chosen format, rendering cassettes almost obsolete, and causing vinyl sales to dwindle. Record companies began pressing less and stores rarely stocked anything other than the biggest selling titles. Now, many of the albums of the time are considered collector’s items and sell for premium prices.

MOTORHEAD The Best Of Motorhead (Rare 1993 UK limited edition vinyl 2-LP set comprising the 14-track ‘All The Aces’ compilation, along with the bonus 8-track album ‘The Muggers Tapes’ – a rare late ’70s live recording of the short-lived ‘supergroup’ consisting of ‘Fast’ Eddie Clarke, Phil Taylor, Billy Wrath [from Johnny Thunders and The Heartbreakers] and John ‘Speedy’ Keen; hype-stickered gatefold picture sleeve with spot laminated images and liner notes inside. The sleeve displaysjust a little general lwear whilst the vinyl looks barely played. CTVLP125).

SMASHING PUMPKINS Pisces Iscariot (Rare original 1994 UK 14-track vinyl LP including Soothe, Plume & Hello Kitty Kat, hype stickered glossy picture sleeve with a promotional sticker on the reverse and with the original card printed inner. Thesleeve shows minimal wear and the inner has no rips or slits whilst the vinyl appears near mint! HUTLP41).

ORBITAL Snivilisation (Rare 1994 UK 10-track double vinyl LP, picture sleeve with picture inners. Third studio album from the legendary electronic duo. The sleeve shows some wear from storage, and the vinyl does have a few hairlines to indicate play, but remains in very good condition. A great play copy of an increasingly hard to find album).
