DUNCAN BROWNE Give Me Take You (Rare 1968 UK 12-track vinyl LP, produced by Andrew Loog Oldham and widely acknowledged as a genuine UK baroque pop/psychedelic folk classic, matt flipback picture sleeve complete with lyric insert. The sleeve design is one prone to wear and this copy is no exception; there is a name annotation to the bottom left with noticeable ringwear and a 2″ split along the flipback on the reverse and the insert shows few signs of wear, leaving this example VG-;there is a name annotation to one label and a small spot of discolouration with little sign of spindle wear. The vinyl is where this copy scores big with barely a sign of play, leaving it somewhere between Excellent and Near Mint – a real game of two halves! IMSP018)).
SONNY ROLLINS Tenor Madness (Rare 1957 UK 5-track vinyl LP on the ‘deep groove’ beige Esquire label, a wonderful recording featuring John Coltrane, Philly Joe Jones, Red Garland and Paul Chambers, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve shows a little ringwear, laminate lift and scuffing to edges leaving it VG whilst the vinyl shows only a few light scuffs, still maintaining a fabulous sheen, graded VG+. Only the second copy we’ve ever seen!.
