BLACK SABBATH We Sold Our Soul For Rock ‘N’ Roll (Mega Rare 1976 Japanese-only 17-track double LP on the Vertigo ‘spaceship’ label, housed in a unique gatefold picture sleeve with live on stage artwork & lyrics printed inside. This ideal collector’s copy is complete with the obi-strip and a double sided sheet music insert that gives you the exact musical low down on Sabbath’s pioneering metal riffs. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl is Near Mint. One of the best examples wehave ever seen! BT-5088~9).
BOB DYLAN Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits (Archive Quality 1967 US first press 10-track MONO LP compilation, on the red Columbia ‘two eye’ label with white ‘360 Sound’ print with “arrows” – this is the first label design for this release, it was soon phased out the following year. The matrices are machine stamped in the run-outs & end ‘1C’ & the record comes housed in the original pasted picture sleeve with no deletion cuts, complete with the fantastic Milton Glaser 22″ x 33″ psychedelic colour fold-out poster. The poster remains unused & the cover is Near Mint, still in the original open shrink with the breather holes & both the hype sticker & dollar price stickers attached to the outer shrink. The vinyl is Near Mint with a deep sheen both sides & barely any sign of play. The best on the market! KCL2663).
TODD RUNDGREN A Wizard, A True Star (Rare Autographed 1973 US 19-track promotional vinyl LP with custom black on white Bearsville labels, housed in a pink ‘Promotional Copy’ stickered die-cut gatefold picture sleeve with matching lyrics& credits inner, along with a sleeve notes & tracklisting insert, double sided postcard, and Band-Aid insert with Patti Smith poem printed on one side. The sleeve displays only a little light general wear, the inner is clean with no splits or rips and all insert show little signs of age, whilst the vinyl has only a few light cosmetic paper scuffs. The sleeve has been dedicated & signed ‘To Tom Todd Rundgre’ on the front in a blue point pen!).
