While music was more popular during the 90’s than virtually any other decade, vinyl was on the decline. CD was the chosen format, rendering cassettes almost obsolete, and causing vinyl sales to dwindle. Record companies began pressing less and stores rarely stocked anything other than the biggest selling titles. Now, many of the albums of the time are considered collector’s items and sell for premium prices.

IGGY POP American Caesar (1993 UK Virgin 7-track 2-LP vinyl set including Wild America, Beside You, Highway Song and a cover of the 1960s standard Louie Louie [made famous by The Kingsmen], picture sleeve with the text ‘Parential Warning: ThisIsAn Iggy Pop Record’. The sleeve has some spinewear and edge wear, but the vinyl is in great shape VUSLP64).
DEPECHE MODE Violator (Classic 1990 UK 9-track LP, including Personal Jesus & Enjoy The Silence, picture sleeve with lyric inner. The sleeve shows only light edgewear and the vinyl has a few light surface marks, which do not affect play. A very strong VG copy of this original 90s pressing offered at an advantageous price STUMM64).
OASIS Definitely Maybe (1994 UK 12-track double LP with ‘MPO’ and hand scratched matrices in the run-out grooves, including the classic singles Live Forever and Supersonic & the exclusive to this format Sad Song. Housed in a glossy gatefold picture sleeve with original HMV price sticker on the front. This copy has been stored with care, the sleeve shows only very minor edgewear, whilst the vinyl is in near ‘as new’ condition CRELP169).
