Just when you think you have finished a collection of an artist, something else appears seemingly out of nowhere and it may have been something you didn’t know you needed or even existed. It could be some bizarre promotional item, tour programme, some merchandise that was only given to crew working a tour or a shop display that survived all these years. We have you covered when it comes to memorabilia and have plenty of stock for you to find the right item you are looking for.
The highlights below are just the start when it comes to the memorabilia we have on hand and ready to ship to you, and you can browse that full range at eil.com
THE BEATLES Quiz Book (Extremely rare 1964 UK 40-page quiz book measuring 10½” x 9″ with four pages of photographs in the centre. It was compiled by Jack House with drawings by George McKenzie, Ronald Paton, GTW Payne, and Hamish Bruce & has fifteen questions per page. This copy is in FANTASTIC condition showing only light creasing to the cover with no staining, rips or tears – incredible for something published over fifty years ago. Even more amazing is that this book has NEVER BEEN FILLED IN – a superb copy!).
ROGER DALTREY One Of The Boys (1977 UK promotional-only 20″ x 30″ poster featuring the cover artwork with the Goldhawke & Polydor logos and ‘New album and cassette’ text along the bottom. This item was intended for use at sales outlets and given to reviewers [as this one was] to publicise the release. This example is unused with no tears, pin-holes or discolouration and is folded three-ways as it was originally to be given away with a complimentary copy of the album [not included]- a great item and the first we have had!).
RUSH Hemispheres – Tour Of The Hemispheres (Original 1979 UK 24-page 8½” x 11″ tour programme, packed with superb photographs along with band member information, discography, UK & European tour dates & a ‘behind the scenes’ article by Sounds’Geoff Barton, as well as a page dedicated to the support act Max Webster. This example displays some light general wear or signs of age, otherwise remains in a really nice example. Includes a ticket stub for the 5th May 1979 show at Hammersmith in London).
