JOHNNY BURNETTE Johnny Burnette And The Rock ‘N Roll Trio (Rock ‘n Roll Holy Grail! Monster Rare 1956 UK 12-track 10″ vinyl LP on Vogue/Coral, fully laminated picture sleeve with scalloped flipbacks. A seminal slice of primal rock n’ roll from the US three-piece recorded over two sessions in early ’56, largely ignored at the time, and selling in tiny quantities, it would go on to influence musicians throughout ’50s, ’60s and beyond. Includes scorching takes on Train Kept-A’Rollin, Honey Hush, Lonesome Train and more with Paul Burlison’s pioneering fuzz-driven guitar and Dorsey Burnette’s percussive double-bass prominent throughout – essential! This is the first copy we have ever had in over thirty years trading too – rare ain’t the word! LVC10041)
PINK FLOYD Wish You Were Here (Rare 1975 UK first issue 5-track vinyl LP with ‘EMI Records Ltd’ perimeter text on the labels & ‘Waters-Gilmour-Wright’ label credit for Part 5, indicating a first press, heavy card lyric inner with cropped corners [later issues had rounded corners] & glossy postcard with pinked edges. The picture sleeve features a spine which is not tapered, and remains in the original opened black shrinkwrap with multiple pin holes for venting, with the custom circular sticker attached on the front SHVL814)
