  1. Have you people changed your name or what? And can’t you just have one Email address, one phone number etc? In one of your blogs a couple of months ago there was a picture of one of your staff sitting in his office with a huge pile of rejected records on the desk that were about to fall off. None of these records looked to be in their sleeves. The bloke had a big smile on his face like he thought it was all a big giggle. This picture changed my impression of you people being a genuine, serious and caring concern. Your a bit fly-by-night aren’t you? And I’ve always been curious, what exactly do you do with all the records you reject? All the comments here are always fawning and in praise, never critical like this one. I dare you to print this in your next blog – your not perfect you know. I will be selling my reasonably sized collection soon and may chose to go with local buyers after all, as opposed to you people. I’ve no idea how I’d get the collection to you anyway – not sure I could physically pack it all up. Be much better if you send someone here to appraise the records – but only if its done carefully, seriously and properly. Are you able to do that – send a person/people here? I would very much appreciate a reply to this email please.

    Anthony Hart.

    • Hello, sorry your genuine enquiry was missed first time around. This is comment on a blog post rather than coming through to us as an email which is why it may have been missed initially. If you have some items you are looking to sell, we would need to see some further detail first off and if you can send over some information about what you are looking to sell to buyers@eil.com or call 01474 815099 we can have a look at what you have and see if it would be something we could either come and view or have collected by courier. Once again, sorry this was missed initially and we look forward to hearing from you
