A Very Rare 1987 3-track 12″ vinyl white label Mayking test pressing for the single release of Golden Shower by The Boy Hairdressers, with a black and white promotional sheet attached to the plain die-cut sleeve, and one page A4 press release.
The labels have the catalogue number handwritten on the A-side, along with a date stampe of 14 October 1987. Featuring a pre-Teenage Fanclub Norman Blake, Raymond McGinley and Francis MacDonald, with Joe McAlinden [later of Superstar] and Jim Lambie.
This hard to find test pressing appears unplayed, and is in near ‘as new’ condition. A superb collectors item for any Teenage Fanclub completest.
