Robbie’s debut solo single, a cover of the George Michael classic, includes the Radio Edit, The Next Big Genn Mix, Arthur Baker’s Shake And Bake Mix plus the second part of an exclusive interview. The picture sleeve has been boldly signed by Robbie in a black marker pen, and comes in a promo stickered case.
ROD ARGENT Page From An Autograph Book – 5″ by 4″ page from an autograph book that was part of an extensive collection obtained by the wife of a former Assistant Tour Manager for Eric Clapton. Well known and a personal friend of many of the stars that she collected autographs from, she had unprecedented access to backstage areas and VIP Events that enabled her to amass a vast collection of autographs with consequent impeccable provenance. This particular autograph was obtained on 15th May 2000 and is a nice unhurried example.
ORCHESTRAL MANOEUVRES IN THE DARK The Punishment Of Luxury – 2017 UK limited edition box set, containing the 12-track vinyl LP pressed on Red Vinyl, the 12-track CD album, an 11-track CD album of demo versions and 15-track DVD featuring music videos and in the studio segments, all housed in a 12″ x 12″ hardcover book style cover with 24-page glossy integral lyric and sleeve notes booklet, with stylish black hardcover slipcase. This copy is part of the limited run [1500 only] with a numbered and signed [both Andy & Paul] plate in the inside of the cover.
Unfortunately, this example displays some minor damage from being sent through the post, there is a split at the bottom of the book and the sleeve of the LP also has a split, the outer slipcase has a minor indentation and crease. The vinyl otherwise looks unplayed along with the Compact Discs. Offered here at an advantageous price.
ELVIS COSTELLO Talking In The Dark – Autographed 1979 UK promotional-only vinyl 7″, which were given away in limited amounts at gigs in London & New York & on the January UK tour. Also includes the b-side ‘Wednesday Week’. This collector’s copy has been signed on the front of the picture sleeve by Elvis Costello in black biro at one of the concerts!
SPICE GIRLS Featuring ENGLAND UNITED (How Does It Feel to Be) On Top Of The World – Autographed 1998 UK large sized England football shirt manufactured by Umbro and was the official shirt for the 1998 World Cup. This remains in an unworn condition with little signs of wear or age, and has been stored away for many years. Cast your mind back to this year, can you ever remember the official England Football Team song by the British supergroup England United, formed by Echo and the Bunnymen, Ocean Colour Scene, Space and the Spice Girls? I am guessing the answer is no, as it was overshadowed by Three Lions 98 and Vindaloo. The video for the song was the last time Geri was present in a video with the rest of the band members. Anyway, this shirt has been signed by Victoria, Emma, Melanie C, Geri and Mel B, along with Simon Fowler from Ocean Colour Scene, Ian McCulloch, Will Sergeant, Jeremy Stacey and Les Pattinson from Echo & the Bunnymen, there is also another signature we are not sure who, and ‘Space’ has been boldly written. Looks stunning and ideal for framing.
