    DR JOHN Babylon (1969 UK first press 7-track stereo LP on the steel blue & mustard Atco label, his second ritual of prophet following the classic debut, Gris-Gris. Includes enticing gems such as 'Black Window Spider', 'Twilight Zone' & 'The Lonesome Guitar Strangler', housed in an amazing looking front laminated gatefold sleeve. The sleeve is a wonderful example with only a couple of light creases and some age discoluration, the labels have just a couple of light spindle marks, whilstthe vinyl has only a few light signs of play. An Excellent example)

    DR JOHN Gris-Gris (1968 UK first press 7-track stereo LP debut on the plum & red Atlantic label, signifying the birth of Dr John The Night Tripper, previously known as Mac Rebennack. The album delivers a wonderful fusion of voodoo mysticism, funk, rhythm & blues, psychedelic rock & Creole roots, including tunes that went on to serve as great cover material such as 'Gris-Gris Gumbo Ya Ya', 'Mama Roux' & 'I Walked On Gilded Splinters'. The picture sleeve [VG+] is front laminated & has a 2" seam split to the top. The vinyl is clean & grades EXcellent with some spindle marks & the odd few paper hairline scuffs not upsetting play) #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time
