Members of Overkill, Exodus, Shadows Fall and Angor have got together remotely while in lockdown to cover Megadeth classic Wake Up Dead.
Drummer Jason Bittner (Overkill, Shadows Fall), vocalist Steve ‘Zetro’ Souza and bassist Jack Gibson (Exodus), and guitarist Felipe Roa (Angor, ex Shadows Fall) put together a video from lockdown – part of Bittner’s Quarantine Jams.
The four-piece wasted no time in driving through the Megadeth track, which kicked off Dave Mustaine and co’s 1986 album Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying?, with Bittner saying: “ Just a bunch of metalheads jamming a cover for fun under quarantine.”
Last week, Phil Demmel led Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale, Judas Priest’s Richie Faulkner, Dave McClain and Mike Inez through a lockdown cover of Thin Lizzy’s Bad Reputation.

MEGADETH Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good! (Original 1985 UK Music For Nations issue 8-track vinyl LP, with picture sleeve and lyric inner. The debut studio album by American heavy metal band. Includes their version of Nancy Sinatra's 'These Boots' with altered lyrics, the song sparked controversy in later years when the original author, Lee Hazlewood, deemed Mustaine's changes to be vile and offensive, demanding that it was removed from the album. Under threat of legal action, the song was removed from all pressings released after 1995. The sleeve sleeve displays some general wear mostly to the edges, the inner shows some foxing and a slight split, whilst the vinyl has only a few light signs of play, overall an excellent example MFN46)

The vinyl shows some light cosmetic scuffing which has no real impact onplay, whilst the sleeve shows some notable edgewear, remaining Very Good EST2132)
