HERBIE HANCOCK Magic Windows (1981 Japanese 6-track vinyl LP with contributions from a selection of suitably quality players, including Adrian Belew, Michael Brecker, Ray Parker Jr, Alphonse Mouzon & more, housed in a back-pasted picture sleeve with Japanese / lyric insert and the fantastic ‘Herbie Hancock’ obi-strip. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl has little sign of play 25AP2106).
MILES DAVIS SEXTET Someday My Prince Will Come (1962 first UK issue 6-track stereo LP on the rough textured black & silver Fontana label, featuring the last studio recordings with John Coltrane, also starring Hank Mobley, Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers & Jimmy Cobb. The front laminated flipback sleeve features Miles’ then-wife, the stunning Frances Taylor Davis. The sleeve & vinyl remain in Excellent conditon with just minor signs of age wear & & light evidence of play. A nice example! STFL587).
ANNIE ROSS You & Me Baby – An Evening With Annie Ross (Rare Brit-Jazz Groover 1971 UK 13-track stereo LP – spend time with Annie in performance where she rip-roars through her own versions of Stone Soul Picnic, Dylan’s Country Pie, a mad version of Beach Boys’ Vegtables as well as a stand-out funky take on King Crimson’s ‘Cat Food’ with cat noises galore, housed in a King Kong-style front laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve is Excellent with just some minor age discolouration to theback & the vinyl is Excellent with barely any signs of play SKL5099).
