As part of a new collection of music, legendary prog rockers Pink Floyd have unveiled an unseen version of their classic track.
The whopping 16 disc ‘Pink Floyd The Later Years’ boxset is being released on 29th November 2019, and contains 5 CDs, 6 Blu-Rays and 5 DVDs. Covering the material created by David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright from 1987 onwards, it spans tracks from the 3 studio and 2 live albums the band put out in a period where they sold over 40 million records.
Alongside a remixed and updated version of ‘A Momentary Lapse of Reason’ – Nick Mason recorded new drum parts, whilst David Gilmour and producer Bob Ezrin remixed Richard Wright’s keyboard parts – the collection includes over 13 hours of unreleased audio and audiovisual material, including the sought-after 1989 Venice and 1990 Knebworth concerts.
The previously unreleased version of ‘Wish You Were Here‘, played first on Planet Rock today, comes from the band’s headline set at the Nordoff Robbins Silver Clef Award Winners Concert at Knebworth in 1990. As well as the aforementioned 16 discs of goodness, the collection also features a 60 page hard-backed photo book designed by Hipgnosis, and an array of reproduction memorabilia.

A newly-created set of reproduction tour programmes (Pink Floyd World Tour 1987/1988, Pink Floyd Live 1989, Pink Floyd European Tour 1994), plus a brand new Lyrics Book, designed by Aubrey Powell of Hipgnosis and Peter Curzon of StormStudios.
A collection of reproduction memorabilia including tour passes, stickers and posters, all printed to replicate the originals, and contained in a prestige card envelope.

This has A2/B2 matrices but DOES NOT have the well known skip during the song Money. PINK FLOYD Meddle (1971 UK first press 6-track LP with 'Gramophone Co.' label credit, & fully textured gatefold picture sleeve with Patent No. inside bottom right & Harvest catalogue inner. The sleeve shows just a small split to the bottom seam & lightcorner creasing with age. The labels have some spindle marks whilst the vinyl remains Very Good with some noticeable surface marks not upsetting play. Although not mint, this is still an acceptable example at an advantageous price SHVL795)

PINK FLOYD The Wall (1979 UK first press 26-track double LP with picture labels, housed in a gatefold picture sleeve which does not list the band members inside, with round-cornered card lyric inners. The sleeve has some light edge scuffing and alittle discolouration with a residual sticker mark to front plus one of the inners has a seam split along the bottom edge. The vinyl has just the odd light surface scuff - making this a great play copy SHDW411)

The sleeve has some minor wear to the opening edge and the sticker has become slightly creased, whilst the inners display minimal wear and the vinyl looks barely played - a fantastic example SHDW411)
