Iron Maiden announce the third instalment of The Studio Collection Remastered

UK metal icons Iron Maiden have announced the third round of releases in their The Studio Collection Remastered digipack series.

The latest batch will be unleashed on July 26, and will comprise Fear Of The DarkThe X FactorVirtual XI and Brave New World.

The collection follows on from the band’s 2014-2017 vinyl releases, and are from the same remasters as the 2015 hi-res digital albums.

The first four albums to emerge in the series were Iron MaidenKillersThe Number Of The Beast and Piece Of Mind, which came out in November 2018

They were followed by PowerslaveSomewhere In TimeSeventh Son Of A Seventh Son and No Prayer For The Dying in March.

As with the previous releases, one CD from each batch of releases has been made available in a specially designed box featuring a 1:24 scale figurine Maiden mascot Eddie and an exclusive patch. Fear Of The Dark has been selected for the collector’s edition treatment this time around.

Iron Maiden will continue their Legacy Of The Beast tour across North, South and Central America this summer, starting in Florida on July 18.

    IRON MAIDEN I Survived 9.9.99 (Rare French official merchandise black cotton, short sleeved round neck t-shirt, available only at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy show on The Ed Hunter Tour, this was the first European show on the tour andfeatured the return of Bruce Dickinson & Adrian Smith, these were all sold-out even before the band hit the stage. Featuring a great image of Eddie ripping the Eiffel Tower apart, and has '© 1999 Iron Maiden Holdings LTD.' text below. The backhas'I Survived 9.9.99' printed across the back in red. Sized Extra Large (Pit-to-pit measures 21", Collar-to-hem measures 29"), this shirt shows minimal signs of being worn & little signs of age, the print is still vibrant, even the label in the collar is present and unfaded, an outstanding item)

    IRON MAIDEN The Number Of The Beast (1982 UK first press 8-track LP with picture labels, including the classics Children Of The Damned, 22 Acacia Avenue, Run To The Hills & Hallowed Be Thy Name, complete with round-cornered lyric inner & picture sleeve. The sleeve features the original artwork displaying too much blue in the sky which was a printing error, it should have been grey & was later corrected on the reissue of the album on Compact Disc. The sleeve displays just a little light general wear & the vinyl has just a few light surface marks, overall an excellent example and an ideal play copy EMC3400)
