Weezer frontman, Rivers Cuomo, has unveiled a surprise new track, Medicine For Melancholy.
The track appeared on Spotify, and marks is the first official solo release from Cuomo. No information has been released as to whether the track is part of a full length release or similar, but you can hear it below.
