Rare and collectable Status Quo items now in stock

Status Quo have been one of the UK’s finest rock ‘n’ roll exports for over 50 years. Starting life as a psychedelic rock band, and famed for their beloved single Pictures of Matchstick Men, they would go on to be one of the biggest boogie rock bands in the world. To this day, Rockin’ All Over The World still brings back memories of the band opening Live Aid in 1985 with a staggering performance.

We see a number of Status Quo collectables pass through our store, from rare vinyl and promo CD’s, to awards and picture discs. Below are just a few highlights, and you can browse all our latest rarities and collectables from Status Quo.

Status Quo – Tokyo Quo: Rare 1977 Japanese-only promotional sample 9-track LP with custom black on white labels, recorded live at Sunplaza Hall, Tokyo on the 17th of November 1976 & housed in a unique red foil embossed & silk laminated gatefoldpicture sleeve with Japanese/lyric insert. The sleeve & vinyl appear Near Mint. Here you have the earliest & best sounding version of this Quo rarity in the world!

Status Quo – Ma Kelly’s Greasy Spoon: 1970 UK first issue 10-track stereo vinyl LP, picture sleeve. This copy has been AUTOGRAPHED on the front by Alan Lancaster. The sleeve shows barely any discernible wear and the vinyl is a stunning near ‘as new’, showing little sign of play – a fabulous copy!

Status Quo – Messages From The Status Quo: 1968 US-only Cadet Concept label 10-track stereo issue of the mighty Quo’s debut LP, housed in a unique pasted picture sleeve with a small deletion drill-hole through the middle which also goes through the label. The sleeve still retains its original hype sticker and shows minimal wear, with no sign of splits, tears or discolouration, whilst the vinyl appears barely played with pristine labels to testify!
