Game of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon has joined the cast of upcoming Motley Crue movie, The Dirt.
Rheon will play the part of guitarist Mick Mars, joining Machine Gun Kelly as Tommy Lee and Douglas Booth as Nikki Sixx. The movie is based on the band’s best selling autobiography of the same name, and is being produced by Netflix while overseen by the members of Motely Crue. It will chronicle the notoriously hard-partying lifestyle that the band became synonymous with during the ’80s and ’90s.
Motley Crue broke up in 2014 following a farewell tour, and members have stated that the band is over for good. They released nine albums during their career, including classics such as Girls, Girls, Girls, and Dr. Feelgood.
