Here at eil.com we realise not everyone’s pockets are so deep they can stump up the readies for that uber-collectable slab of vinyl, CD boxset, vintage memorabilia etc. With that in mind, we’ve put together this new weekly ‘Top 3’ of some of the more affordable collectables that pass through our doors each week, and no item will be more than £50. Check out more bargains in our store now.
Morrissey – Viva Hate: 1988 UK 12-track LP with aid from producer Stephen Street & guitarist Vini Reilly, including Suedehead & Everyday Is Like Sunday, picture sleeve with lyric inner. The sleeve shows only minor storage wear and the vinyl has a number of light surface scuffs, but these do not affect play. An excellent example. £20
YES – Wonderous Stories: 1977 UK limited edition 12″ single pressed on Translucent Blue Vinyl, also including Parallels, housed in the original picture sleeve. The sleeve does show a little shelfwear to the edges and the vinyl remains in excellent condition £25
The Prodigy – Experience: 1992 UK first issue 12-track double LP, the debut album from the Romford ravers [back in the days when Keith was just a dancer], including the singles ‘Charly’ plus the uplifting ‘Your Love’ & more, gatefold picture sleeve. The cover has some wear to the opening edge and a few light storage indentations, but the vinyl looks barely played. Classic British breakbeat! £25
