Guess which musician’s estate is set to make the most money in 2016?

It’s the estate of Michael Jackson – Although the Jackson estate is already highly lucrative, it made $115 million in 2015, this year it’s set to make a whopping $1 billion thanks to selling off its remaining 50% stake in Sony/ATV music publishing – this huge figure makes a little more sense when you realise that Sony/ATV owns the vast majority of the Beatles catalogue!
