Often viewed as the ‘Holy Grail’ of Beatles’ collectables, this 1964 UK tin of talcum powder was manufactured by S-M LTD, 160 Piccadilly, London, W1 under the brand name ‘Margo Of Mayfair’, the elliptical tin measures 7″ high by approximately 4½” wide with a superb 1963 picture of the band with stuffed toy & ski [!] on one side & individual portrait pictures on the other. THE BEATLES Wing Ding Sneakers: Wonderful 1964 US size 10 white sneakers issued under licence from NEMS & still in the original picture box. This pair has obviously been worn and the box shows a few creases and scuffs but it is still very rareto find the two still together after fifty years, more info hereTHE BEATLES Inflatable Beatles: One of the more unusual items of Beatles memorabilia to be produced in the USA were this set of four inflatable cartoon dolls. They were manufactured in 1966 as part of a Nestlé promotion for their ‘Nesquik’ milkshake drink. When inflated, they each stand 13″ tall with instruments and facsimile signatures. If you didn’t fancy drinking that much milkshake, these were also available with Lux Soap, so you could scrub your way to a set instead. This particular set inflates perfectly and is free of any marks and blemishes apart from the folds made when they were manufactured.
