Very scarce 1962 UK 6-track mono LP on the rough textured steel blue & silver Fontana label, with ‘Sample Record – Not For Sale’ sticker on the side 2 label for review. Cookin’ was recorded live here in good old Britain at Ronnie Scott’s across three nights in November, ’61, featuring the club’s propietor guesting on ‘Desperation’ with the Jimmy Deuchar Quintet, & also starring Stan Tracey on piano, Kenny Napper bass & Jackie Dougan drums, unique pasted laminate picture sleeve. This is a beautiful one previous owner copy. The sleeve is clean & shows minimal wear from storage. The heavyweight vinyl reveals barely any signs of play FJL123
