ORNETTE COLEMAN Something Else!!!! (1959 US issue of the 1958 mono 9-track vinyl LP on the yellow Contemporary label with C3551 catalogue number, recorded February 10 and 22, 1958 at Contemporary’s studio in Los Angeles with Don Cherry, WalterNorris, Don Payne & Billy Higgins, scarce pasted picture sleeve with the M3551 catalogue number to the front & reverse. The sleeve shows light ringwear & discolouration; there is a little corner wear with no seam splits. The vinyl shows justa handful of light cosmetic marks leaving the vinyl Excellent – a really nice copy! M3551).

YUJI OHNO The Inugami Clan [Inugumi No Ichizoku] (Rare archive quality 1976 Japanese 13-track vinyl LP, the soundtrack to the 1976 dark drama, now a highly sought after item thanks to its jazz funk breaks, included in the Japanese rare groove bible ‘Wamono’ with the tracks Onnen, Kamen and Juunan No Chi listed as standout tracks, picture sleeve complete with insert and obi-strip. Both the sleeve and the vinyl are Near Mint. A fantastic copy of an album which is disappearing in Japan thanks to groove-hungry DJs taking them overseas SJV-1282).

ALBERT AYLER New York Eye & Ear Control (1966 US three-part stereo LP on the New York based Avant-Garde & Free-Jazz label, ESP-Disk, recorded July 17th, 1964, by New York artist Michael Snow for use as the soundtrack to his film. Also stars Don Cherry, John Tchicai, Roswell Rudd, Gary Peacock & Sunny Murray, great pasted picture sleeve with label catalogue pictorial on the back. This copy originates from the private collection of a former staff member for Dobells record shop in Charing Cross. Both the sleeve & vinyl are Excellent to Near Mint with few signs of wear or play).
