Hello there! So the 10% off next purchase Code that I was sent (which was worded as a “thanks” for either my Trustpilot review or being the “first to add comment” on one your posts, which also lead to me to a “watch this video” YouTube link which then became “provide your mobile phone # to upgrade discount code to 15% off” doesn’t work! I prepared a cart at eil.com (about 200 GBP worth of goods – so needless to say, was very excited to apply my code to the cart) and I’ve written to various customer service emails at sales@eil (or something like that, I’d have to go back and check) but no one seems to know what promo this was for, where I got the code from, why it won’t work and so forth… I have taken heaps of screenshots I could send you.. including the codes that were sent to me.. because I’m not ready to go through with my purchase now until I could please, please get someone to look at this for me – and basically perhaps issue me a code/s that actually works etc 😎👏 thank you kindly!!
