While music was more popular during the 90’s than virtually any other decade, vinyl was on the decline. CD was the chosen format, rendering cassettes almost obsolete, and causing vinyl sales to dwindle. Record companies began pressing less and stores rarely stocked anything other than the biggest selling titles. Now, many of the albums of the time are considered collector’s items and sell for premium prices.

SLEEPER The It Girl (Scarce original 1996 UK 13-track vinyl LP including the singles Sale Of The Century, Statuesque & Nice Guy Eddie. The glossy picture sleeve has light edge scuffing but comes accompanied by its lyric inner and the vinyl shows light signs of play but remains in excellent condition – A classic Britpop album! SLEEPLP012).
SHED SEVEN A Maximum High (1996 UK 12-track vinyl LP including the singles Going For Gold, Getting Better and Bully Boy, housed in the song hype-stickered picture sleeve complete with a 16-page illustrated lyric booklet. There is just a littleshelfwear to the sleeve visible and the vinyl appears in barely played condition).
KRISTIN HERSH Hips And Makers (Rare 1994 UK 4AD 15-track LP with Michael Stipe guesting on vocals on ‘Your Ghost’, complete with illustrated lyric inner, textured picture sleeve. The cover displays some light general wear, the inner has no rips or splits and the vinyl looks barely played CAD4002).
