Queen of The Damned, Pet Sematary, Maniac and more rare and collectable soundtracks now in stock

There’s nothing quite like a mood-setting score to bring a movie to life. Whether it’s a classic by Ennio Morricone, a grandiose score from John Williams, or a harrowing trip from Goblin, soundtracks are important. They have almost created their own subset of the record collecting community that desperately seeks out rare and unusual soundtracks, which we have plenty of in stock and ready to be added to your collection.

We’ve hand-picked three highlights below, and the rest of our catalogue can be seen at eil.com.

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Queen Of The Damned (Rare and out of print 2019 US F.Y.E exclusive 14-track double LP, with picture sleeve and credits insert, pressed on Ghost Green Vinyl with etching on side D, and limited to 1500 copies. The iconic soundtrack to the horror sequel, featuring tracks written by Jonathan Davis of KoRn and Richard Gibbs, with performances from nu-metal royalty such as Chester Bennington [Linkin Park], Wayne Static [Static-X], David Draiman [Disturbed] and Jay Gordon [Orgy], along with tracks from Deftones, Godhead, Tricky and more. Although not sealed, both the sleeve and vinyl remain in near mint condition. This is the first time we have seen a copy of this here, after it sold out in a flash and rarely appears for sale. Highly recommeneded).

Original Soundtrack Pet Sematary vinyl LP album (LP record) US OSTLPPE813455

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Pet Sematary (Rare original 1989 US Varèse Sarabande label 22-track vinyl LP, with picture sleeve. Elliot Goldenthal’s soundtrack to Stephen Kings classic horror movie, which is equally as haunting when played on it’s own as it is as part of the movie. The sleeve on this copy shows only the lightest of edgewear from storage, but has survived for more than 30 years in the wild in stunning condition. The vinyl itself only has one or two hairlines to indicate play, but finding a copy in this close to near mint condition is nearly impossible now. This is the first, and possibly only time we will have this essential soundtack in stock. Sometimes dead is better….).

Original Soundtrack Maniac vinyl LP album (LP record) US OSTLPMA813441

ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Maniac (Rare original 1981 US 15-track Varèse Sarabande label vinyl LP, with pasted picture sleeve. Jay Chattaway’s eerie soundtrack to the brutal slasher film, which while not officially listed as a video nasty, was swept up in the panic of the time in certain areas of the UK. It has since been cited as one of the greatest slasher movies of all time. The sleeve shows some very minor wear from storage, but the all important vinyl remains in near mint condition. Original copies of this are very hard to find and this is the first time we have seen one here. Recommended).
