There’s nothing quite like a mood-setting score to bring a movie to life. Whether it’s a classic by Ennio Morricone, a grandiose score from John Williams, or a harrowing trip from Goblin, soundtracks are important. They have almost created their own subset of the record collecting community that desperately seeks out rare and unusual soundtracks, which we have plenty of in stock and ready to be added to your collection.
We’ve hand-picked three highlights below, and the rest of our catalogue can be seen at eil.com.
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Predator 2 (Scarce 1990 German 11-track LP soundtrack to the second installment in the Predator movie franchise, composed and conducted by Alan Silvestri. Housed in a glossy picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some light edgewear, whilst the vinyl appears barely played VS-5302).
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Mr. Robot: Volume 1 (Limited edition 2016 UK 29-track double LP, with gatefold picture sleeve, fold out poster and insert, pressed on White Vinyl. Volume one of the soundtrack to the US TV series by Mac Quayle. This copy also includes an exclusive lithograph art print that was only available with pre-orders. Both the sleeve and vinyl remain in near mint condition).
JOHN CARPENTER The Fog (1984 US 8-track LP, featuring John Carpenter’s score from the soundtrack to his cult supernatural horror thriller starring Jamie Lee Curtis, superb pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light edge scuffing and cornercreasing with a small marker pen annotation to the front whilst the vinyl shows minimal signs of play. STV81191).
