AFFINITY Affinity (Monster Rare 1970 UK first issue 7-track stereo LP, on the large ‘swirl’ label with Vertigo lettering below the centre hole, housed in the Keef designed matt gatefold picture sleeve with the original ‘0470’ dated ‘swirl’ poly inner. One of the best album Vertigo rarities out there & a must-own for the British Prog fan. See ‘more info’ for condition details…).
DUNCAN BROWNE Give Me Take You (Rare 1968 UK 12-track vinyl LP, produced by Andrew Loog Oldham and widely acknowledged as a genuine UK baroque pop/psychedelic folk classic, matt flipback picture sleeve complete with lyric insert. The sleeve design is one prone to wear and this copy is no exception; there is a name annotation to the bottom left with noticeable ringwear and a 2″ split along the flipback on the reverse and the insert shows few signs of wear, leaving this example VG-;there is a name annotation to one label and a small spot of discolouration with little sign of spindle wear. The vinyl is where this copy scores big with barely a sign of play, leaving it somewhere between Excellent and Near Mint – a real game of two halves! IMSP018)).
TONTON MACOUTE Tonton Macoute (Rare 1971 UK 7-track vinyl LP of British jazz-rock with blues and psych touches, revered by the prog intelligentsia, housed in a superb Keef-designed matt gatefold picture sleeve which was printed & made by the EJ Day Group. The sleeve shows a degree of shelfwear with a small sticker mark on the front and a bit of edge scuffing, yet the spine is clearly legible and the inside print is immaculate. The vinyl remains in excellent condition with just a few light cosmetic surface scuffs to show for fifty years. A nice copy at an advantageous price NE4).
