SAMSON Head On (Fully Autographed 1980 UK 10-track LP, the second album by the NWOBHM band & first to feature future Iron Maiden-frontman ‘Bruce Bruce’ Dickinson on vocals. Includes the classic track ‘Vice Versa’ along with the instrumental ‘Thunderburst’ which was co written by Steve Harris & later recorded by Iron Maiden as the track ‘Ides Of March’ on their Killers album. The vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition & the front of the glossy picture sleeve has been signed in biro by the original line-up – Bruce Dickinson as ‘Bruce Bruce’, the late Paul Samson, bassist Chris Aylmer & masked drummer ‘Thunderstick’! GEMLP108).
FAIRPORT CONVENTION Unhalfbricking (Rare 1969 UK first pressing 8-track stereo vinyl LP on the pink ‘block’ label design, picture sleeve. This was one of only two albums that had their debut release on this label, with just five other releasesrepressed to use this design, making each one very collectable indeed & extremely hard to find these days!)
STATUS QUO Ma Kelly’s Greasy Spoon (Super rare 1970 Japanese 10-track LP pressed on Translucent Vinyl, visible when held to the light. The third studio album from the iconic British rock group, which showcased their new-found rock sound. The picture sleeve shows only the faintest signs of foxing with age and is otherwise in superb condition, with Japanese/lyric insert and obi-strip. The labels have just a few very light spindle marks, whilst thevinyl is exceptionally clean with only a few light paper scuffs. An amazing example and only the second Japanese original we’ve ever stocked! UXP-647-Y).
