What is an autograph?
From Wikipedia, an autograph is a person’s own handwriting or signature. The word autograph comes from Ancient Greek (αὐτός, autós, “self” and γράφω, gráphō, “write”), and can mean more specifically a manuscript written by the author of its content, or a celebrity’s handwritten signature.

This is an advance issue of the album with stock labels & a gold ‘Not For Sale’ stamp on the back for review ahead of release. What’s particularly special here for a collector is that the front cover is signed & dedicated in black biro by the late dame Olivia Newton-John, whose recent passing took so many fans & supporters by surprise. With signed Olivia albums increasingly hard to come by, the sleeve & vinyl remain in Excellent condition with minor shelf wear & play, the signature remains clear, vivid & ideal for framing – A great future investment piece EMA789).
NEW FAST AUTOMATIC DAFFODILS Fishes Eyes (1990 UK 3-track 12″ vinyl single, also including Underwater Version and White, picture sleeve. This item has been signed by the band members in black marker and Biro pen on the label of Side 1 and both sleeve and vinyl are presented in ‘Excellent ‘ condition. A nice collectable.BIAS162).
DEATH IN JUNE Lesson 1: Misanthropy (1983 UK 10-track compilation LP, AUTOGRAPHED on the back in GOLD by Douglas P himself – “Ian, a dodgey disc for a dodgey boy!” featuring early material including tracksfrom Heaven Street, We Drive East & In The Night Time, housed in a lightly textured & embossed picture sleeve with grey finish & lyric insert. The sleeve shows minimal wear, whilst the vinyl shows a few light signs of wear BADVC726).
CURRENT 93 Happy Birthday Pigface Christus EP (Rare original 1987 Belgian 3-track 12″ vinyl EP AUTOGRAPHED on the back in black pen by David Tibet himself – “To dodgy Ian, from dodgy David” with picture labels & ‘William Bennett in the sky with diamonds, maaan’ & ‘Katherine Poussin crawls from deus ex machina, yeahhh’ etched into the vinyl in the run off area, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows a little shelf/ringwear whilst the vinyl shows only light signs of play LAY18).
EDDY GRANT Walking On Sunshine (1978 UK 8-track vinyl LP, fully laminated picture sleeve with lyric insert. The sleeve & vinyl are Excellent with minimal wear or play. This copy has been boldly signed by Eddy on the front, which really seems to tie the cover art together! – A great copy and a certain candidate for framing ICEL1004).
