VELVET UNDERGROUND White Light/White Heat (1968 UK first issue 6-track stereo vinyl LP on the silver ‘T’ Verve label, featuring Sister Ray, The Gift & I Heard Her Call My Name, front laminated flipback picture sleeve printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. with ‘patents pending’ text. Barring a few laminate creases to the front near the opening, the sleeve shows minimal wear, just a couple of small marks to the front with the edges sharp, the spine proud with all text legible and very little discolouration to the reverse. The vinyl is Near Mint with some spindle wear to suggest the record was taken on just the very occasional day trip to turntable land, but decided not to stay long. A fantastic copy! V6-5046).
QUEEN A Night At The Opera (1975 UK 12-track vinyl LP with picture labels & ‘BLAIR’S’ scratched in the run off grooves, complete with full colour thick card picture inner, embossed gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve is in immaculate condition and the inner shows a small seam split to the bottom panel whilst the vinyl is Near Mint EMTC103).
DAVID BOWIE The Rise & Fall Of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars (Rare archive quality 1972 first UK pressing 11-track vinyl LP, with ‘Titanic/Chrysalis’ credit on the labels indicating a true first issue, matt picture sleeve with illustrated lyric inner. This original pre-dates the Mainman contract & as such has no reference to Mainman anywhere on the sleeve or record label SF8287)
