XTC Mummer (2022 UK limited edition 10-track LP pressed on 200-gram Ultra High Quality Vinyl made in England by The Vinyl Factory – the 1983 classic album newly cut from masters approved by Andy Partridge, complete with new sleeve artwork that restores the originally intended design. Includes the sublime Love On A Farmboy’s Wages. Picture sleeve with hype sticker, factory sealed. Highly recommended).
EAGLES Desperado (2011 Japanese limited edition 11-track SHM-CD issue of their 1973 second studio album which spawned the classic hit ‘Tequila Sunrise’. The disc comes issued in the mini-LP card picture sleeve with the textured plain inner, Japanese / lyric booklet plus obi-strip).
ROGER TAYLOR Outsider (2021 Japanese only Amazon Japan issue Limited Edition 14-track SHM-CD [Super High Material CD – playable on all CD players]. Roger’s first full album of new material since 2013 with instrumentation almost entirely performed by Taylor himself, with his largely restrained vocals matching the album’s contemplative ambience, including two bonus recordings Surrender (remix) and London Town – C’mon Down (remix). Housed in a digipak picture sleeve with lyrics, and obi-strip. This example was available only through Amazon Japan, and includes a 9½” square print of the album artwork, which remains in an unopened protective bag).
NEIL YOUNG After The Gold Rush (Rare German Test Pressing for the Limited Edition 2009 US 11-track LP pressed on 180gram Virgin Vinyl by the Pallas Group, a German sound carrier manufacturer, originally released in August 1970 &mastered from the original analog tapes. The catalogue number is etched in the run-outs & the labels are custom printed black on white with exclusive ‘Only For Promotion’ print. Pressed in tiny numbers to test the sonic qualities before any kindofrelease, the vinyl is near mint with just a few faint paper hairlines not affecting play).
WHAM Make It Big (1984 Japanese Master Sound digitally mastered 8-track audiophile vinyl LP, the second studio album from George & Andrew, including the singles Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, Careless Whisper, Freedom and Everything She Wants. Complete with the die-cut series inner and an eight-page illustrated Japanese / lyric insert, the vinyl looks barely played issued in the deluxe picture sleeve which has a little shelfwear but also comes with its wide obi-strip 32.3P-593).
