German electronic prog pioneers Tangerine Dream have announced that they will release their brand new studio album Raum through Kscope on February 25. At the same time the band have announced a run of UK tour dates for March.
The seven-track Raum, which opens with the 17-minute In 256 Zeichen, is the second studio album that current Tangerine Dream line-up of Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane and Paul Frick have recorded since the passing of the founder Edgar Froese in 2015.
“With deep respect for the sound of the previous five decades, this record continues in the ever-evolving pathway of Tangerine Dream,” the band say.
Raum will be available as a CD, gatefold double LP and digitally.

TANGERINE DREAM Near Dark [Original Motion Picture Score] (1987 Silva Screen label 11-track vinyl LP, with all tracks by Tangerine Dream for the vampire movie / love story, directed by Kathryn Bigelow. Picture sleeve. The sleeve a little seam splitting at the bottom but otherwise shows just light general wear. The vinyl has a little spindlewear from play and shows one or two cosmetic paper scuffs. Overall an Excellent copy! FILM026)

TANGERINE DREAM In The Beginning.... (1986 UK limited edition Six Vinyl LP box set, featuring the first four albums, along with the previously unreleased album, Green Desert, housed within a 12" square picture box with an 8-page booklet which features the band history along with pictures. The box displays some noticeable wear mostly to the edges/corners but nothing drastic, the plain die-cut inners inside have some foxing, the booklet remains very clean and the vinyl remains excellent with minimal signs of play. This is the first example we have ever seen! TANG1)
