TOY Motoring – 2012 UK limited edition white label 7″ single with a hand stamped label, also including When I Went Back, unique ‘Night’ wrap-around sleeve which is hand numbered on the inside. These were only available during the supporting tour with The Horrors, and limited to only 100 copies with this example numbered Forty Two. But that is not all, the plain inner sleeve has been Fully Autographed by Tom Dougall, Dominic O’Dair, Charlie Salvidge, Alejandra Diez and Maxim ‘Panda’ Barron all in different coloured pens!
GUY GARVEY Courting The Squall – Autographed 2015 UK limited edition 10-track vinyl LP, the debut solo album the lead vocalist of Elbow, including Angela’s Ashes and Unwind; gatefold lenticular picture sleeve with download code. Although not sealed this example remains in a ‘near as new’ condition and has been boldly signed by Guy on the front in a golden pen.
EASY PIECES Easy Pieces – Autographed 1988 US 10-track vinyl LP, featuring Hamish Stuart, best known for being part of Paul McCartney’s band in the 80s & 90s. The picture sleeve has been boldly signed by Hamish on the cover in a gold marker pen, and remains in a really nice condition.
BILL BRUFORD The Bruford Tapes – Fully autographed 1979 Canadian 9-track LP, also starring Dave Stewart, Jeff Berlin & the ‘unknown’ John Clark on guitar, who plays so fluidly in the Holdsworth style that some fans thought it was Allan!vinyl is in excellent condition. However, this copy is very special, this has been fully signed on the back in blue pen by Bill Bruford [as Billy], Dave Stewart, Jeff Berlin and John Clark. These were obtained by the previous owner after a show at Toad’s Place in New Haven on the 18th June 1980. This really does look really nice and deserves to be put on display.
HAWKWIND Autographs – From circa 1980 and the Levitation period of the band, we have a page of lined paper which has been folded in four. Nothing special so far, we know, but this has been signed by the touring line-up of Huw Lloyd-Langton, Harvey Bainbridge and Ginger Baker all in blue point pen, and Dave Brock in red. But hang on, we haven’t finished yet. The same line-up has signed the same bit of paper twice, we don’t know why but would sure make a unique display item.
