THE ZOMBIES Featuring COLIN BLUNSTONE The Zombies (Extremely Rare 1972 Japanese-only promotional sample 12-track stereo LP with custom black on white labels for review ahead of release, complete with a unique & deluxe card picture sleeve complete with lyric insert & thin ‘Hit Song’ red & white obi-strip. The sleeve is fast approaching Near Mint with only the lightest spot of foxing to the back panel & back of the obi, easily forgiveable with age. The vinyl appears Near Mint with very few signs of play SLC468).
BOB DYLAN Masterpieces (Rare 1978 Japanese 39-track triple vinyl LP, housed in a superb tri-fold picture sleeve complete with 23″ x 33″ fold-out poster, numbered fan certificate, illustrated 40 page booklet with lyrics in English & Japanese, discography insert & wide title obi-strip. The sleeve displays minimal wear and the obi has just a few light creases, whilst all other contents show little age. The labels remain clean and the vinyl shows only light signs of play. A fantastic complete example 57AP875~7).
PINK FLOYD Rainbow No. 13 (Extremely rare 1972 UK 12-page 8″ x 6″ programme for their shows at The Rainbow on February 17, 18, 19 & 20. This fascinating artifact has six pages devoted to Pink Floyd including an advert for their new album ‘Meddle’on the back & the lyrics to ‘Breathe’, ‘Time’, ‘Money’, ‘Us & Them’ & ‘Brain Damage’ from ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ as a centrefold, a full year before its release. The programme also has a page dedicated to Chicken Shack & Savoy Brown, whoplayed on February 21st. This fantastic item was obtained from the original owner who picked it up at the time when he attended one of the shows. This example displays some minor signs of age and has a couple of small pin holes the top & bottom right corners along with a vintage tape mark inside the cover. This example also includes a ticket stub for the show on the 19th February, along with a circular metal badge with the Rainbow venue logo in red on a white background, plus the centre pages from another copy! Although not flawless, this is still a nice example now almost fifty years old).
