Ornette Coleman – In Concert: Limited Edition 80s US-only 8-track 2-LP set with ‘GR-ALPHA’ engraved in the run-outs, recorded in Padua, Italy on May 4, 1974 with James Blood Ulmer on guitar, Norris “Sirone” Jones on bass & Billy Higgins on drums. Originally released only in plain grey die-cut sleeves, these two records appear in one of the Italian black & white picture boxes. The box [VG] has noticeable paper splitting along the spine [the lid lifts off] but serves its purpose of housing the discs. Both vinyl records remain near ‘as new’
Music Explosion – Music Explosion: Rare 1973 UK 10-track LP with John Surman & Ray Harris as featured soloists in a large band environment collective produced for BBC Radio Leicester by Roger Eames& sponsored by the East Midlands Arts Association, featuring composition by Mike Westbrook, Roger Eames, Stephen Webb & David Collinson, front laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear & the vinyl remains in excellent condition with few signs of play
Miles Davies – Black Beauty – Miles Davis At Fillmore West: Scarce original 1973 Japanese ‘SX68 Mark II’ audiophile issue of the 4-track double LP, recorded live on 10th April 1970 at the Fillmore West in San Francisco. Also stars Steve Grossman,Chick Corea, Michael Henderson, Jack DeJohnette & Airto. Comes housed in a laminated & pasted gatefold picture sleeve with fold-out Japanese insert & top cap obi-strip. The packaging is Excellent with just some very minor age wear & the vinylappears Near Mint
