Here at eil.com we realise not everyone’s pockets are so deep they can stump up the readies for that uber-collectable slab of vinyl, CD boxset, vintage memorabilia etc. With that in mind, we’ve put together this new weekly ‘Top 3’ of some of the more affordable collectables that pass through our doors each week, and no item will be more than £50. Check out more bargains in our store now.
Bauhaus – Ziggy Stardust: 1982 UK 4-track 12″ vinyl EP with the group delivering not only the Bowie hit but also their own Party Of The First Part, adding their stab at Eno’s Third Uncle and finally a live take of the Velvet Undergound’s ‘Waiting For The Man’ featuring Nico on vocals, picture sleeve £20
Iron Butterfly – Metamorphosis: 1970 UK 9-track LP on the tan & blue Atco label, textured gatefold picture sleeve. The fragile sleeve shows very few signs of wear, whilst the vinyl has just a few light hairlines & paper scuffs leaving it EX/EX-. A nice copy £35
Yello – She’s Got A Gun: 1982 UK Do It label 3-track 12″ vinyl single including The Evening’s Young & There Is No Reason, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl looks barely played £20
